Few days ago, precisely on 31 August 2010 blogger.com celebrate its 11th birthday. As usual blogger.com will give a surprise to users on its birthday. For this year, quite many surprise was given such as the presence of stats feature in the dashboard menu which previously could only be enjoyed on blogger draft and the launched of two new gadgets that you can add to your blog: Blog’s stats and Popular Posts.
Blog's stats
Gadget that display the total page views of your blog. This gadget is very useful if you want to show your blog's pageviews to visitors or your advertiser. There are several styles that you can choose including an animated display.
Popular posts
This gadget will display a list of your popular post based on most viewed. You can displayed with or without a thumbnail. Also you can display the most popular posts from the last 7 days, last 30 days or all time.
How to add popular post and blog's stats on blog?
1. At the moments, these gadget only available on Blogger draft so to add these gadgets go to http://draft.blogger.com
2. In dashboard menu click Design -> Page Elements then click Add a Gadgets link and you will see the two new Gadgets like image below.
3. Click on the gadget you want add to your blog and save it. Done
